Financial Support (Up to $25,000)

Clients are eligible to receive up to $25,000 to subsidize costs for IP registration and filing fees, IP audits, IP valuation and IP strategy assessments. This grant can also be used to cover commercial costs including support for IP agreements (Non-Disclosure Agreement, licenses) or contracts with high IP impact (Master Service Agreements, partnership agreements, or data management plans). Clients can choose to use their own service providers or select one from IPON’s roster of vetted IP service providers who are either licensed IP lawyers and/or registered IP agents. IPON plans on expanding this grant amount later in 2023.
