TechAlliance welcomes Melissa Maloney as Vice President

Joining Canada’s highest potential innovation hub collaboratively fueling growth for the most promising startups and fastest growing technology companies, TechAlliance is delighted to welcome Melissa Maloney as our Vice President.  

Melissa is an award-winning leader that has dedicated her career to supporting teams in driving a highly engaged and successful workforce. Action-based, with a “boots on the ground” approach to everything she does, Melissa knows that together a solution can be found and that there is always a way to “figure it out”.

Recently a Chief Operating Officer, Melissa built her career with one of the most iconic Canadian brands, where coast to coast she gained her passion for sales, branding, and business growth.  Her operational and sales experience has seen success in startup, scale-up and corporate environments, developing sharp business acumen across industry clusters.  Melissa knows what it takes to go from an idea in a leader’s mind to execution on the front line, as evidenced at TechAlliance of Southwestern Ontario as one of our GROW Accelerator speakers and mentors, as well as a Growth Coach for companies of all sizes developing and executing their strategic sales playbook.
