Scribendi named as a Best Workplace Managed by Women for third consecutive year

CHATHAM, ONT., December 13, 2021: Scribendi was just named a Best Workplace Managed by Women. This marks the third consecutive year of Scribendi's placement on the prestigious list.

According to Great Place to Work, listed organizations "must be Great Place to Work-Certified in the past year, have a minimum of 15 female employees, and at least 90 per cent of employees must agree that people are treated fairly, regardless of their gender."

Responses include opinions related to female advancement within the organization and formal programs that support women. For example, at Scribendi, women fill many key roles.

"The majority of Scribendi's management is female," says Pat Riopel, Scribendi President. "New women are joining the team every year. We seek talent, and talent is talent, regardless of gender."

With a women-led team that is growing every year, Scribendi is continuing to deepen its talent pool. Scribendi has been listed as a Best Workplace Managed by Women for the past two years. This past year, Scribendi was also named a Best Workplace in Technology and a Best Workplace for Women for the third consecutive year.
