Advance-ON supports southern Ontario SMEs in the chemistry and materials sector by providing technical services that drive their innovations to market faster – so they can scale and grow their businesses.
Successful applicants will benefit from GreenCentre’s full suite of services with a customized project, with financial support provided by the Government of Canada through the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario).
- Advance-ON is available to southern Ontario SMEs (1 – 499 employees) developing cleantech or battery technologies.
- GreenCentre Canada services offered through Advance-ON are valued at ~$100K per client project. Applicants must be able to financially contribute 50% of this total project cost. Maximum funded support is $50K.

Intellectual Property Policy
All intellectual property developed in the Advance-ON program will be owned by the Applicant. GreenCentre will make no claim on any intellectual property developed during program activities. GreenCentre’s technical personnel will transfer any information required for the filing of Applicant patents in a timely manner.
