Navigating the Post-Letter of Support Phase: A Crucial Chapter in Your Entrepreneurial Journey

So, you’ve taken the leap towards realizing your dreams of establishing a successful business in Canada. Congratulations!

If you’ve gone through Synergy Lab’s Pioneer Program and/or are applying to come to Canada through the Startup Visa pathway, you’re well on your way to becoming a Canadian entrepreneur.

The journey as a Spark Centre client doesn’t conclude with the issuance of the Letter of Support. In fact, this marks the beginning of a crucial phase in your entrepreneurial adventure, and we’re here to guide you through it.

Understanding Your Responsibilities

Once you receive your Letter of Support, it’s easy to assume that your part of the process is complete, and you’re solely accountable to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). However, the reality is a bit more nuanced. When Spark Centre issues the Letter of Support, we are not just offering our endorsement; we are becoming your sponsor and are vouching for both you and your business.
