The 10 finalists were selected from 40 companies with innovative solutions from various industries who participated in Innovation Factory’s intensive training program, Founders Fast Track. This program equipped the start-ups with tools, mentorship, and networking opportunities, and culminated in a speed-pitching event, judged by angel and venture capital investors. “LiONS LAIR is a celebration of leaders who are innovating, creating real impact and ensuring a prosperous future for the region. It’s incredible to be able to support these start-ups through our programs, this competition and throughout their entrepreneurship journey,” remarked David Carter, CEO of Innovation Factory.

Over the past 13 years, LiONS LAIR has supported 165 high-potential companies and innovators and hosted the gala event where over $1 million in cash and in-kind prizes have been awarded. The sell-out gala attracts not only burgeoning regional firms but also the region’s business and innovation community, along with influential industry figures.
