BREADY
The BReady Talent Platform is a virtual marketplace that connects talent with employers, including startups and SMEs, hiring for tech and business roles in Brampton and Mississauga. The platform utilizes an advanced matching algorithm to match talent profiles with employers offering full-time & part-time roles based on their skills and employer requirements. With a focus on helping new immigrants, mid-career professionals from historically racialized communities, and recent graduates, the BReady Talent Platform serves as a streamlined way for SMEs, corporations, and startups in Brampton and Mississauga to adopt more inclusive hiring practices. It also offers a $4,000 wage subsidy (a limited number available and longevity of the hire beyond internship is a required criterion) to cover partial costs of a 5-month placement and reduce the financial burden of hiring or giving a racialized community member their first job experience in your company.
