eVisitNB implements FirstHx to improve efficiency and patient experience

eVisitNB is proud to announce a partnership with FirstHx. This partnership will help patients across New Brunswick to more effectively provide their medical story when booking a virtual scheduled appointment. 

FirstHx is a bilingual solution, being offered in both English and French. 

eVisitNB patients meet virtually with a Nurse Practitioner or Physician to discuss a broad range of acute and chronic health conditions. Currently, several hundred patients are seen a day on eVisitNB. 

FirstHx’s knowledge based medical history taking solution will help empower New Brunswick patients to better tell their health stories to their clinician. eVisitNB patients are already indicating that they love using FirstHx with an average approval rating of 4.75 stars (out of 5). eVisitNB's clinicians benefit too, gaining a better understanding of the patient before the visit and leveraging the FirstHx notes to assist in documentation.
