Boundless Accelerator Welcomes New Members to Its Board of Directors

Summary of Boundless Accelerator™ Board Elections and New Members

On July 10, 2025, Boundless Accelerator™ announced the election of two new members to its Board of Directors, Rizwana Haideri and Daniel Gibson. The appointments were ratified during the Annual Member Meeting held on July 3, highlighting the organization's emphasis on fostering diverse voices and expertise.

CEO Alison Crumblehulme expressed enthusiasm about the new board members, stating their commitment to enhancing Boundless Accelerator's mission of supporting entrepreneurs. Both Haideri and Gibson bring extensive experience in strategic advisory roles, management consulting, and advocacy, particularly in the healthcare and supply chain sectors. Their professional backgrounds in both private and non-profit sectors are expected to bolster Boundless Accelerator's capacity to empower entrepreneurs and promote sustainable ventures.

New Board Members

Rizwana Haideri
As Principal Consultant at Riz Consultancy Inc., Rizwana boasts over 15 years of experience primarily focused on building scalable, people-centric learning systems. Her work spans across sectors, including healthcare and supply chain, where she has led implementations and developed leadership strategies. Rizwana holds an Executive MBA from Ivey Business School and is a certified NLP practitioner. She is known for her empathetic approach and commitment to grassroots charities that resonate with her community-focused outlook.

Daniel Gibson
Daniel Gibson, with 20 years of experience in medtech and healthcare, leads Gibson Growth Insights as Founder and Principal Consultant. His expertise lies in crafting strategies that support operational excellence and business growth for new ventures. Daniel’s educational background includes degrees from the University of Guelph and Wilfrid Laurier University, along with an MA in Leadership Studies from the University of Guelph. His community involvement includes initiatives for cardiac care and mental health, showcasing his commitment to addressing diverse stakeholder needs.
