The company is investing $4 million to expand its manufacturing capabilities, which will allow it to meet rising demand in the defence, government, and advanced industries. This investment is backed by $500,000 from Ontario's Eastern Ontario Development Fund (EODF), as stated by Victor Fedeli, Minister of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade.

Founded in 1987, Raymond EMC is renowned as Canada’s sole provider of fully integrated radio-frequency (RF)-shielded enclosures essential for secure environments. The company specializes in producing solutions such as secure discussion facilities, anechoic chambers, and reverb chambers, catering to sectors like defence, aerospace, automotive, medical, and telecommunications. The firm’s growth underscores the robust nature of Ottawa’s defence and security ecosystem, which comprises over 330 companies engaged in areas such as cybersecurity and dual-use technologies. These organizations are not only enhancing Canada’s sovereignty but also delivering top-tier solutions for global markets.
