Recognizing a gap in the delivery market, he decided to understand the industry by working as a delivery driver himself. During this period, he learned important lessons about value creation and performance, which laid the groundwork for MyCourier.

Moatez’s strategy in establishing his company included meticulous preparation, as exemplified by his efforts to secure a contract with Amazon. He dedicated an entire week to crafting a well-researched email to them, demonstrating the value of persistence and preparation in business development. Ultimately, his hard work paid off when MyCourier signed a delivery agreement with Amazon for downtown Toronto by the end of 2020.
