On September 18, 2025, Caesars Windsor will host the AI Workforce Summit, gathering leaders from business, technology, and workforce development for a comprehensive exploration of the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in the workplace. Organized by Workforce WindsorEssex, WEtech Alliance, and Tourism Windsor Essex Pelee Island, the summit aims to equip employers, workforce professionals, and small business owners with strategies for effectively adopting AI technologies.
The event will commence with a keynote address from futurist Dwayne Matthews, who will discuss the transformative impact of AI across industries and communities. Following this, the afternoon keynote by Andrea Irina Yzeiri will delve into the ethical and privacy issues that organizations face as they integrate AI into their operations.

The AI Workforce Summit is supported under the Local Workforce Planning Board program by Ontario’s Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (MLITSD).
